Easy hotel to stay at pool was for kids only basically besides that it was a great space.

One of the reasons I chose River Inn at Seaside was because it advertised bicycles for guests. When i inquired about bikes, I was told by unfriendly front desk person that allbut 2 bikes were broken. When I asked if i could have of the working bikes, the unfriendky desk oerson told me i would have to use all the keys to find one that works. What the heck? Dont advertise bikes if you dont have them. the woneof the 2 working bikes,

Second time we stay at this property, the biggest problem were the uncomfortable beds.

We did have a problem with to locked the door room, but they gave us a different room. Everything was really nice, breakfast was simple and good. The only complaint is the bikes they were all broken.

This place needs a serious update. Pillows are horribly worn, furniture is damaged, all furniture surfaces are sticky and scratched. There was only one dim lamp for source of light in the room. Hot tub was very stained and water was sketchy colored. You can hear everything in the rooms above and next to you. Lobby was nice, staff was nice and check in was fast.
