"We absolutely loved our view of the ocean from our room. It is an old hotel so needing some TLC, but staff was awesome & it was quiet. We liked that we could walk to a restaurant, but didn't like parking so far from the room. Wasn't a lot of seating for the buffet breakfast so took it back to our room. Would maybe stay there again."

"I love that this hotel is right on the river and gives you a great view of the water and the foothills past town. It is quiet but also just a block or two from all the downtown Seaside fun -- and just across the bridge from Bagels by the Sea, my favorite brunch place! The staff is really nice and helpful."
