"Pros: Check-in was keyless and easy. Beds were fine, kitchen was well stocked with tools for cooking. The lake views were also a draw for sure, and it was quiet. "We were on our way back to Seattle after two months-long trip and really needed some rest. It was lucky to find this GEM in Springfield, OR. The quaint cottage is new, modern and well-decorated with best amenities. It is very quiet and we are totally re-energized after two days rest. Marcia is a great host and she was very communicative and welcoming with attention to details. She lives in the main house next door and is available for help anytime. "This place brought back memories of my grandpa’s cabin and was wonderful. The place is more charming than modern and we really enjoyed that. Lots of fun toys and some fun games. One room has a curtain instead of a door which was no issue but just so you know. There’s a rental house right next to this place making it confusing who the large yard belongs to. The renters also have a dog so we felt more hesitant to let our dog off leash. I think they are planning on a fence to help with this issue....
