"The grounds around the edge of the rooms were very unkept and not maintained. It was disappointing as the azaleas and rhododendrons were gorgeous, but the grounds themselves were extremely unkept. It made me want to go to work making them gorgeous as they have great potential…"

"Your staff especially Junior were awesome. I accidentally left my wallet in my room and I didn't find out until on the road home stopped at s store and realized it wasn't with me so frantically called front desk and i believe it was Tom ? I hope that was his name ...he was already on his way down to the entrance when i pulled up and he was holding my wallet and i was so relieved. His response and actions were so awesome and I will come back here everytime. Thank you Junior, and all staff again for a wonderful stay"

"This is by far the best Best Western I’ve ever stayed at. I wasn’t expecting a lot after staying in several over the past few days but the Hood River location has a beautiful view and a great restaurant. Will make a point of visiting there again in the near future."
