"I’m honestly disappointed with the experience I had here. The wait just to check in or get help from the front desk was much longer than it should have been. Any time I asked about purchasing items or needed extra assistance, the staff came across as rude, impatient, and like helping guests was an inconvenience. I understand places can get busy, but being made to feel unwelcome or like you’re bothering the staff is not acceptable. I hope management addresses both the customer service and the efficiency at the front desk, because this experience definitely did not meet expectations."

"The property was nice. The walk to the beach was easy. The staff was absolutely great. Parking on the property and on the street. We had a room above the office and right next to laundry. So there was some noise. But bearable. We had a deck with a partial view of the ocean. I'm sure I will get a room with a full view next time. We would come back."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay here! The property was very clean and felt updated. One of our favorite features was the outdoor patio with a fire pit—it was such a relaxing place to unwind. Our room had a balcony/patio overlooking the river, which was incredibly peaceful and perfect for enjoying coffee and a good book. The beds were big and extremely comfortable, and we loved that the pool is open 24 hours, with adult-only hours after 10 PM—such a nice bonus. We did have a small issue with the tub, but the staff handled it right away. Maintenance was in our room within minutes and fixed it immediately. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The area is very quiet, yet still just a few blocks from the beach and the main strip, which made it really convenient. We would definitely stay here again!"
