Holy moly what the heck is this place. Bed bugs, broken toilet, bad smell, broken tv, broken lights. Staff weird and don’t take showers

It’s was like I stepped into crackhead city. The staff were all high on something and missing their teeth. The room was dirty and they were flies coming from the shower. Please go somewhere else

The staff was friendly but the property is not in good condition, they are doing repairs so there was a lot of noise and I had to leave the property the same day due to the noise

you did not leave the same day and renovation work was only done during daytime hours so you leave a 1 star revue for upgraded and making the property nicer? sorry to inconvenience you while the staff has been working around the clock to ix everything

In & out, No hassle. Might need to clean the room a bit but overall for the price, location etc it’s good

No heating available, no towels available, room was not clean. Just terrible place

You were in room number ten. You were given 2 towels, and flooded bathroom floor while taking a shower. There is, in fact, heat, as a BRAND NEW UNIT was installed in the room the day BEFORE you checked in. I know because you tried to check in at 9am. While we do admit that the property does have some issues we are working very hard to bring the 60 year old girl back. Sadly, people like you who have to fabricate complaints are the biggest problem we have. We will be recommending to Expedia to ban you from reserving rooms at ALL of our establishments, as well as requesting that they remove you from their sites all together. To top it off. ALL of the plumbing in room 10 is brand new as well as the fixtures. The flooring is brand new laminate flooring and the entire room was freshly painted not 2 months ago. We suggest you do not request a refund because you will not recieve it.

Property needs to be updated staff was friendly and helpful pool was disgusting it was as clean as it could be as dated as the room was
