Fab stay at Ugiebrae House. Made to feel really welcome by Hans and Claire. Lots of lovely personal touches and great breakfasts. Lovely location in Seahouses.

5 star B&B!!!
Posted 15 Aug 2022 on HotelsAbsolutely wonderful B&B. We walked into Room 1 and were taken aback by how nice it was. Then we looked in the bathroom to see a similarly sized room with an old fashioned standalone bathtub and a separate modern shower cubicle. The owners could not have been more hospitable. We sat in the beautiful private garden in the evening which was delightful. A 10 minute walk into town, Netflix available on the room TV and a lovely home-cooked breakfast was just perfect. Did I mention the bed? We recently bought a mattress which has 4,000 springs but the one in Ugiebrae was even more comfortable. I wish I'd asked what make it is :-) Would definitely recommend you stay here.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast
Posted 11 Jul 2022 on Hotels Lovely clean, airy room. Great ensuite with shower and claw foot bath. Very clean. Great breakfast choices, pre ordered and freshly cooked. Very good service and hosting by Hans. Fridge in room with drinks to purchase excellent. Great drinks tray in room and super home made cakes to welcome us. Couldn’t fault it .

A very friendly welcome was followed by excellent service especially the varied and generous breakfasts. Very good selection and standard of eateries in the Village for evening meals. Thoroughly recommended

I would highly recommend Ugiebrae House. It is placed conveniently to all facilities. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. Small touches like home baked cakes in the room on arrival. The property is in excellent order and my single room was decorated to a high standard. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and breakfast is wonderful 😁

Lovely place to stay
Posted 17 May 2022 on HotelsStayed 4 nights in this lovely B&B. Hans and Claire made us very welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean and what a lovely surprise to find cake to go with our tea when we arrived.
There was a great choice of breakfast ranging from fruit and cereal to full english.

A little gem
