Excellent stay but the shower proved difficult to use and instructions would be appreciated

Very friendly staff in a superb location - opposite the sea. The rooms were very light and bright. The food was excellent. A changing menu of good quality items. Whitebait was the best ever tasted! The staff worked closely as a team to ensure great customer service. Would love to stay again.

From arrival to departure the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the Northumberland Coast and beyond and it's only a few minutes drive to Bamburgh Castle. The beach is literally across the road from the hotel and great for dog walks. Our room which was situated on the ground floor was gorgeous and meticulously clean, it had double doors leading to a private patio which was perfect for Delphi our dog. From breakfast to evening meals the food was delicious with plenty of choice and the portions were perfect. Delphi was treated to a sausage for each of her breakfast visits! An extremely dog friendly hotel and we shall definitely be visiting again.
