Our family had a layover in Seattle so we chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. We waited an hour for the free shuttle and some in our groups waited two hours because the shuttles were full. After a long day of travel and three little kids that was quite frustrating. The condition of the hotel was below average. The facility is outdated and a little grungy looking. However it got the job done! The best part was a 5 minute walk to a beautiful lake park and playground. The staff was very accommodating and helpful so they get 5 stars! Just the hotel as a whole and the shuttle service Id give a 2 star review.

The place is clean and quite. One good thing is that the breakfast is included.
