I would recommend if doing the Alaskan cruise you get transportation, breakfast and a ride to the port for a small price.

The noise from the street was very loud and made it difficult to sleep (we were in room 223). There should have been a closer elevator that the one we had to use.

Check in was easy. The staff were nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were in Dove bottles but clearly did NOT contain Dove products. The room was not cleaned well. The coffee table was sticky and had salt or maybe sugar all over it and the floor looked and felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while.
