They didn’t hold my reservation and basically told me to find somewhere else to stay. No apology, no phone call, nothing. You cannot do that to people that travel from out of town and have reservations weeks in advance.

Beautiful building and lobby. Attentive front desk staff. Decent bar/restaurant (Trax) and main dinning area is good for breakfast. Location in the downtown area. Room was as advertised in physical terms and all furnishings were modern, comfortable, and in good shape.
Didn't like the fact that we didn't have maid service for a 2-night stay, considering the price and that there was no indication of this when making the reservation. One set of towels and other bathroom amenities each for 2 nights seemed inadequate considering that we weren't getting maid service. Had a front facing room on the 2nd floor and could not close curtains to keep out the light from parking lot lamps.

We were falsely accused of smoking in our room and charged extra. Neither guest smokes.Will never go back..
