Non functional AC. Room only cooled to 78 regardless of thermostat. Shower had 2 dispensers of shampoo and one conditioner, no body wash.
Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Property is large, lots of families and kids running around. 2 pools is nice even though it was packed we found a spot. 2nd pool didn’t have it’s bar open.

The staff was super friendly and kind. The property is lovely and has beautiful plantings. The room was gigantic, however, it could use an update. All was functional and fine. Very nice.

Worst hotel i ever stayed!! At 2am there was fight next door and I couldn’t sleep.
They charged the resort fee twice!! Calling hotel and never answers!!! Just one star

The staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly! The free hotel shuttle was a lifesaver and the property was beautiful and very well kept.

Very nice and modern hotel. Only downfalls are the extra hotel fees and very low budget coffee and coffee makers in the rooms.
