Capri motel has wonderful management, it is quiet, friendly.

Ok this is not a five-star Motel but what do you really need. The people that run this motel are great, they're very nice, they're very friendly they're very helpful. The rooms are clean they have a refrigerator a microwave they have hot water in the showers they have internet television. If you're going to get upset because the internet is not super high speed or you don't have a mint on your pillow this isn't your Motel, other than that if you're looking for a place to stay for a day or two that's comfortable it's perfectly fine.

Internet was crap, it was out most of my stay.
I there was remodeling but there was a two inch gap under my door. Luckily it wasn't really cold out but I had to put a towel against it.
Most of the controls on the heater/ac didn't work so I couldn't warm the room up.

Thank you for staying with us at the Capri motel, I do apologize for any issues you may have had. That being said: the AC unit is Brand new; you simply push button up or down to change settings or temperature, the door is sealed at the bottom; sadly, they only had clear door guards. I don't have any control over the internet/ cable, as I had mentioned Charter is doing a nationwide upgrade. There is a number clearly posted in your room, on my front office door, and I circle it on your paperwork, these issues could have been handled and your stay been better. Plus, office is open 24 hours, so simply coming down, I would have helped you. Have a good day

There is a phone number on your paperwork, and one clearly printed on the office door- I do ask each guest to call with any issues and you didn't say anything to me?Your room is brand new from the floor to the linen with a Roko television. Our goal is to provide excellent service every time, but if you don't communicate with us then how do we fix the issue? Have a good day :)
