"Nice comfortable rooms, all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the breakfast, great selection of cold and hot food. It's a little bit of an uphill walk from the centre of Pitlochry so may be worth bearing in mind if you're arriving by bus or train. "

"We have retired for one night in a family luxury room, 317 with bunk beds. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Pool was lovely, I would say would need a refurb in tiles soon, but was still very enjoyable! Other facilities were fantastic - bar, sauna, spa and steam room. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic so much choice and catered very well for our dietary needs as a gluten free and dairy free person! My little ones were given stickers on arrival at breakfast which was so thoughtful and kind they loved them! "

"Nice room, clean and well presented. But the TV was broken on arrival, someone had tried to rewire it and got the connector the wrong way around. Staff couldn't help as they were not technical and as there was no other rooms available I had to stay there (to be fair they offered me a free breakfast to make up for it). But no water, no fridge, basic tea options. "
