Good property’s with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Bed was hard but after giving feedback about it the hotel put a mattress topper on for me which made all the difference.

Amazing gem hidden on Wittenbergplatz. Steps from KaDeWe, subway and superb area to shop and eat and hang out

The staff were very helpful despite being busy and clearly under pressure. The computer system kept going down and added other workloads. I asked for a late check out and got it for free as I’m an Accor member. The bed was large and the mattress a little soft for my liking but I still slept well. I’d be very happy to stay here again.

Great location near transit and the zoo. Staff tried hard to please but sometimes the process made it difficult for them, despite their best efforts.
