Fantastic Location with Room for Improvement
Overall, my experience was positive. The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to the funicular for Scarborough Spa, making it easy to explore the area.
The room was perfectly clean, which is always a priority for me when choosing accommodation. However, there were noticeable signs of wear and tear throughout the hotel, which could use some attention to maintain its overall appeal.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast provided. It was hearty and satisfying, setting a good tone for the day ahead. Additionally, having on-site parking was convenient, although it operates on a first-come, first-served basis, which might pose a challenge during peak times.
Despite the minor drawbacks, I would consider staying again in the future due to its unbeatable location and the overall positive experience during our stay

Lovely hotel. Loved our stay, the staff are really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. It is a good 15-20 min walk from the attractions.

Lovely hotel happy to stay there. Only reaon not given excellent was creaking floor boards. Even felt movement from next room.

We loved our stay at the hotel, the place is clean the staff are friendly and professional. The room was great, plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 dogs, very dog friendly. Drink bowls in 2 places for them to have a drink. Breakfast was great, cold and hot options, very tasty. We had 2 very small pieces of feedback, there were no coasters/beer mats in the bar area to put glasses on. The room we stayed didn't have a bright light near a mirror for me putting on make up. Important as I had a job interview. But very small things. We would definitely stay there again, and we will.

Hotel was in a good area for walking and not far from seafront or town centre... Having it's own car park was very useful and dose a excellent breakfast 👍👍
