Disappointed
Posted 22 Jun 2022 on HotelsPlace looks really beautiful from outside, outdoors area for sitting is cute.
But staff wasn’t helpful at all, when we arrived late night they just exchanged passport with card key and that was it. No much information given. I have asked if it’s ok if we arrive after 10pm and they just friendly answer yes there is always somebody to do late check-in but there really wasn’t anyone.
Room was clean looking when we walked in, but air conditioning wasn’t working at all and room was boiling hot, I’ve tried to call and go to reception but nobody was there to help us so don’t expect 24/7 help when you staying there. Bed was hard and loud, so when we turn in bed we were waking up each other every time, not like we had any sleep there due hot night and none air conditioning.
So overall we were not happy with our stay at all.

per l'arrivo notturno, essendoci una custode e non la reception aperta, abbiamo una segnaletica esterna in doppia lingua su come procedere, ed al momento del check in vengono fornite tutte le indicazioni necessari. All'interno della camera un foglio di avviso informa gli Ospiti su chi chiamare e come procedere in caso di necessità quando la reception è chiusa, in quanto qualcuno del personale è sempre presente e disponibile all'interno della struttura. Grazie

I did not gave an excellent evaluation because the hotel is far from the airport. If your stay is for other reason than changing airplanes book it.

Cosy hotel in cosy neighbourhood
Posted 28 Jun 2019 on HotelsNice and cosy hotel. Comfortable bed and room has everything you need for a short stay. Cosy neighbourhood with bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has free parking, but note that it’s a little tight.

Quiet Location
Posted 1 Nov 2015Stayed here on a Saturday before flying out of Bergamo airport.
Location: the area is VERY quiet and not much is around it so travelling by foot from place to place was a little more expansive, most things are closed from 1-4pm but there are little grocery stores and a couple restaurants open in the evenings nearby.
Pros: clean, modern, comfortable bed, set up an airport transfer (but you do have to pay for this and not all websites state this), quiet area, prompt wifi in the courtyard, breakfast available, cosy, price for the room was very good
Hmms: my room had a smoking area outside it so had smoke and converstation wafting into my room early in the morning, wifi didn't work in my room due to the structure of the building, front desk hours are different

Nice hotel and stayed here a couple of times now. Always will when I'm when I need to be in this part of the world.
