Water pressure sucks. So weak most of the water dribbles down shower head. No plug for bathtub. Beading uncomfortable.

The duvet and the bed sheet smell old and not clean they need all new set of sheet and duvet

it was hard to get in and out of the property and parking was limited. very busy noisy area I wasn't expecting and the room was not as nice as I expected it to be by the ratings and the description.

The staff was very friendly especially since we had our dogs. Everyone made us feel welcome and were nice to our pets!! Good place to stay with pets!!

We had reserved a room for two nights, as the hotel location was good - just off of Interstate 95 and only about 20 to 25 minutes to downtown Savannah; and the price seemed reasonable, and the reviews, for the most part seemed satisfactory. When we checked in and arrived in the room (second floor), there was a noticeable odor in the air. I don't know what it was; but it was kind of mildewy or musty or smoke from a kitchen. I could have tolerated it; but my wife who is mildly sensitive to mold immediately began wheezing. We requested another room (this one was on the first floor), and it was no better at all. The manager offered to spray the room with Fabreeze, but we just decided to move on. Not helping was that the interior hallways were really drab and dull. So we just left and altogether forfeited payment for the first night, and found a much better room right nearby for only a slightly higher price.
