We upgraded our room to river front balcony which ended up being our favorite spot!!! It was an amazing stay! We highly recommend Chris who helped us plan all our excursions! He was so sweet! All Staff was very nice!

I stayed here many years ago as a teen w family. I t was quiet in the hotel and the bar area looked nice. I like the huge open area w glass ceiling. Easy to walk right out the back to the river down to the shopping. I noticed fire pit tables out back which were cool too. Our room was really nice and we had an upgraded view on the river which was pretty w a balcony. I was not told until check out the next day about a $40 parking fee which should have been mentioned upon check in. Other than that, our stay was really great.

Located on the Savannah River with a nice walking area and a place to sit and enjoy the best cup of coffee that I have had at any hotel. I definitely will stay here again.

The property has construction around the location making some of the sidewalks unusable. The staff were friendly but they failed to deliver some flowers to a mom for Mother’s Day, and had two days to do so; the flowers were delivered Friday, and we checked out on Sunday. The staff attempted once to deliver the flowers, no note, no send attempt.

The staff is fantastic! Great location, fun to see the ships. Food options in the hotel are a bit lacking and the air freshener is awful. Too powerful and in all areas of the hotel. But otherwise, great hotel.

The property offered free ferry service to the convention center and was very walkable to shopping and dining.

Did not receive the riverfront room that was requested when booked. The room we got was next to construction and we were woken each morning by 7am with construction noises constant.

Enjoyed that it was close enough to everything for walking that we needed.. Disappointed in the cleanliness. The carpet by the bed was damaged like it was burnt. The real disappointment was in the shower area. There was bold in the tiles there was mould on the bottom as if the cleaners just open the door and clean but then don't shut the door. For the cost of the stay there should be no mold. I took pictures if you decide you want to reach out.
