The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the cleanness was not the best. The beds smelled like dust, and the sofa cama was terrible in an awful condition. We needed to ask for several sheets to be able to sleep, and it was terrible uncomfortable

Staff went above and beyond to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. They were all exceptionally accommodating. We encountered many delays with airport during this impromptu stay, they were so kind in helping us navigate. Every staff member that we encountered were pleasant and helpful !

The room was perfect except for the noise coming from inside walls and kids running around the hallways

Bathroom looked and felt dirty, one of the beds had some sort of stain, luckily we had another bed to use. The beds claim to be a queen, but there is not way that was a queen, at best a double. However, the biggest problem was the air condition. The halls walking to the room had us sweating and once in the room, the thermostat showed 75 degrees!! We cut on the AC and left for a few hours, came back the AC turned off and back to 75 on the thermosdat. I called the front desk and they said it is "motion sensored" and will turn on when there is movement in the room. Every 30 minutes we were up and down cutting the air back on again. The termosdat wouldnt even go below 66 to cool the room quickly. Of course there is no movement while we are sleeping so the AC was cut off all night and we kept having to get up and turn it on. Absolutley ridiculous! If you listen to any review, listen to this one and DO NOT stay here!!

The room was very spacious and clean. We had plenty of room. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The only downsides was that our air conditioner was very loud, abnormally loud to where we could not sleep. Also the walls are a little thin.
