We booked through Expedia and could not find the Hotel. The address took us through some questionable areas of Savannah as we tried two different spellings of the street it was on. We had to book at another location thus losing the fee for an unused room. Very disappointed!

I was charged for my room and an additional charge for the room. I did not stay in the room. I’m waiting for aI was charged for my room and a additional charge for the room. I did not stay in the room. I’m waiting for a refund. The clerk was very unfriendly and obstinate.

There were stains on our bed sheets, we found a cockroach in the bathroom, hair dryer didnt work and started smoking when I tried to turn it on. Pool was green and very unclean. The staff was helpful to a point and breakfast was good. Overall experience though was not great.

The security was good. The place needs a little work in the bathrooms. Also the cable system needs an up grade

Poor customer service at day time. Hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathroom sink clogged up, room was okay , sheets were stained and the breakfast was non existent- orange & apple juice was watered down, kitchen was dirty, only 3 slices of bread available in 8am , no food at all. Very disappointed and will NOT recommend.
