We had a large suite with jetted tub and a fireplace. Lovely suite overall with ample space. Staff were accommodating and very helpful. Free parking was available. There is plenty of shopping and many dining options nearby. Pizza from the hotel’s restaurant was tasty. Overall, best experience in SSM.

Was a bit confusing getting around the building. The area we arrived at had many pot hole. Over by the ev plug in area. But I did notice many roads at this time of year are all like that. Otherwise good.

Lots of issues right from check in. From staff and service to amenities in hotel unavailable or not working properly etc. the list is too long for here. Has great potential if they put some effort in, otherwise wouldn’t recommend it.
