The bathtub drain was clogged with 3 " of water in the tub, TV didn't work and there is a lack of plugins for charging items like phones/computers. The "fitted" sheet was on inside out anddidnt fit. Floors were dirty

Unfortunately we had an unattended dog barking at 11 pm in the room next to us. Staff did a nice job trying to reach the owner.

Curtains in the room were visible from the parking lot and were hanging off their hooks and looked unsightly.

Place isnt any thing special, just a place to stay. I booked it because the price was ok and there was a continental breakfast, we got there only to find out that the breakfast consisted of bagels and yogurt... not exactly the kind of continental breakfast I was looking for. Hotels should state specifically what their breakfasts consist of.

So the staff was very friendly fast and helpful, but my room had a large dirty mirror sitting on the table and leaning against the wall not properly hung up, the floor was dirty, and there was electrical wires hanging out of the wall in multiple places and drywall mud spackled all over everything. There was no trim on anything in the room and the vinyl floor was falling apart at the doorway the lack of trim created a large gap at the door so I could see right out in the hallway when the door was shut. The whole place was being remodeled and you had to step over and around construction debris in the parking lot, entrance, lobby and hallway. The sheet popped off the bed and revealed no mattress protector and a giant urine stain. I was was completely disappointed with everything except the staff was very nice. But clearly everything was being updated and they should not rent a room that is not finished under construction.

Very disappointing. The room was not what was advertised, the place was filthy, the hot tub didn't work, the breakfast was sparse, the heater was loud, no mirror in bathroom....
