Property felt uncared for. Broken drawers, broken sink faucet and generally a feeling of neglect.
For the price charged for the room i would expect a frendlier service and better room care

As I checked into the first room, I was unsure if it was cleaned prior to my arrival. There was multiple stains on furniture and bedding. There was tissue in the toilet, making me believe it was used prior. The next room they gave me to accommodate me, was just as bad with stains. I open the closet to a bag of dirty laundry/towels stored in it. Hotel elevator floor was disgusting, your feet stuck to the floor. I had to book at a near by hotel due to the conditions of the rooms, I didn’t want to see a third accommodation would look like.

Would not even stay there! Nasty staff, smoking in non smoking areas, some smoking marijuana INSIDE their room. Wouldn’t refund us and we rented a room elsewhere. HORRIBLE

Posted 27 Feb 2024 on HotelsOne of the light bulbs in my room was not working, 2nd room we tried had 2 Queen beds instead of requested King bed, the 3rd room’s window drape was stained, finally had to choose the room with no light in one of the appliance. Although the attendant did everything he could to overcome the situation. In the morning, the waffle machine was empty, coffee was terrible.

The staff was so involved in her phone she didn't even notice someone standing in front of the desk awaiting check in.
I also did not appreciate the overwhelming smoke smell the moment you step in the hotel. In addition, the noise at night was very loud.

Could hear people talking in room next door. Blow dryer almost caught on fire- smoke was coming out and coils were red hot - curtains in room were falling off rod

Had a business trip in the area, the place was fantastic as well as the employees .
