The apartment was well stocked, located in the heart of town and an easy 5 min walk to the beach

The property is really old and not very well maintained. They charged us 500 dollars for a night but it was worst than a motel. There was lot of dust beneath the bed and here and there. Needs maintenance and upgrades. Not worth the price we paid definitely.

Thank you for your review Koshika. To clarify, your total amount of booking was 129 less than what you have stated for a total of 5 people. As for your comparison to this room to a motel, it would have been preferable for you to communicate these concerns to me during your stay. It is an older building on the exterior, however maintenance has been done indoors.

It was for a family gathering. There was plenty of room for all of us and we had a great time. Good location. We had a wonderful Thai meal on the patio of the restaurant in the same building.
Our only suggestion is that there needs to be at least one comfortable chair (doesn’t need to be big) to sit on. The futons were great for the kids.
Would rather have a single chair and no coffee table.
We were pleased with our stay. Peggy
