Such an amazing place, cabins were amazing, staff was amazing. I have nothing but great things about this place. Breakfast was great, drinks and food at the elephant restaurant was amazing as well. Definitely book here, you won't regret it. If you want to be by the walking street, its not for you. You have to walk the beach down for about 5 min then cross the resort down an ally to the strip. It was perfect for me, but took a second to find the way.

Lipe Beach resort was away from the crowds. We enjoyed our day’s snorkeling at the beach and relaxing.

Beautiful beach but quite close to the boat taxis. Breakfast a bit limited. Not enough sunbeds for the number of rooms (6 or so). AC worked well.

good breakfast, friendly staff. photos don't accurately portray place. Shown are only the lux units on the beach, 30 other units sit crowded behind these. they should show this in photos, I think

Booked a room with air con (according to Hotels.com website, given a room with a fan which resulted in a sleepless night. Messaged Hotels.com the next day which was frustrating due to broken signals, but they refunded me immediately. Paid £40 to upgrade into a fantastic room. Checked out 4 days early.
