Great value for a downtown hotel. Not far from university and city centre. Clean room with fridge and coffee machine.

We were only there for a few hours but it was quiet and centrally located between a soccer tournament and a swim meet! Will definitely stay again!

We got a complimentary upgrade out of the west wing which was nice. Absolutely beautiful lobby. Right along the river with access to park and paths. Close to downtown and the hospital and university. Staff were great.
Only downside was that we had to pay for parking which was a surprise though. (15$ a day).

I was disappointed on how the second bed in our stay had blood in the sheet. The housekeepers need to be more careful.

The staff were fantastic. However, the room heater did not work, parking was difficult and there were short black hairs all over the carpet that were picked up by our socks. Only one set of towels were in the room for 2 guests. The loby and common areas where clean. The entrance to the hotel is cramped and dark.

Had to ask for a second set of towels 3 days out of 4. Dining room food was amazing.

Dont really accommodate lifted trucks. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. Oh. The cofee selection is horrendous innthe room. Please put McDonald's or Tim's pods.
