Spent 3 nights this week and 2 nights last week. Overall, it was a good experience. My daughter loved the slide and pool (breakfast before work was great as well).

My only issue is the hotel requires a credit card to check in, which isn’t explained anywhere on this Expedia app or in the conditions listed after booking. There’s also no place to mark if a pet room is required, so our room had to be changed upon check in due to needing a pet room. If a pet room can be specified in the app, that’d be more convenient.

Hotel called when my child forgot their tablet so we could pick it up. I enjoy the full complementary breakfast.

It is basically right off the highway so I love going here. Everytime I go to saskatoon I stay here unless they are sold out and the workers are always so nice! Really good breakfasts too! Definitely worth staying here

Didn’t even use this room I was told by the hotel it was canceled. I got charged for a room I never stayed in not very impressed.

Hi Cody For the reservation on Saturday for 1 night, that reservation is made through Expedia. You will need to contact them to cancel the reservation and inform them you already had another reservation for 2 nights with us already. We cannot make changes to any 3rd party reservations without confirmation from the 3rd party informing us that you the guest have contacted them to cancel the reservation. As the dates have already passed you can still call Expedia for a refund as they charged your credit card but I cannot speak for them if they will process the refund of not. If so they will inform you it can take 7-10 business days to have that applied. hope that helps.
