I would not come back. Noisy and the room smelled. Could not use the tea pot. It was corroded inside and moldy. Very disappointed.

This is a good property in the heart of the historic district of Sarlat. We had great support from Valentin and Clois when we were there. The room was in the attic with a small kitchenette, which we used for breakfast 2 of the days that we were there. We needed a property with a garage and booked one with them. What we did not realize that this was a several minute walk from the property itself. There also was no convenient place to bring up the car to unload luggage since there was a fair going on. Once we parked in the garage successfully, we had to haul our luggage ourselves from the garage to the hotel and then up 3 flights of spiral stairs to our room.

Employees were helpful, the setting was convenient to the village of Sarlat, our room was immaculate and quiet. Very nice breakfast.

The location in a neighborhood of medieval stone houses and cobblestone stairways and walkways inaccessible by car was quite memorable.
The check-in did not go smoothly.

Wonderful property close to everything. It has a historic look from the stone walls and wooden ceiling beams. Loved our gite room that allowed us to cook and had a wonderful view.

In theheart of historical Sarlat.Beautiful
Bit for people with disability, access to the hotel by steep hill and barrow stairs to access rooms.
Would be nice to have soneone at the reception after five.

Property location was centrally located, friendlly staff, quiet.Parking 5 minute walk, but safe.

Beautiful city and this is a great place to stay. We had a major problem with our rental car and Property Manager, Valentine was so helpful. His English is excellent and he is very caring. He salvaged our trip for us.
Great breakfast also.

Convenient!!!
Posted 3 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe Hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. Our room is very spacious. It's in the middle of the town. It is so convenient to walk and see all the attractions, restaurants and shops.
