The staff and rooms were great! We loved the way the rooms were set up a kitchen and living area. It should be mentioned that the way the resort is built, makes it difficult to get up to the pools and ammenities, and then to the bottom of the mountain for the beach. They offer a bus that runs up and down all day which was helpful. The all inclusive food was OK. Breakfast was my favorite due to the omelets. The restaurants on the beach were delicious, but a little pricey. Overall we had a great stay and would go back. The views are incredible!

I would be more than happy to give more stars but Wi-Fi in the room was working one day only. We brought a laptop but couldn't watch our favorite shows. The rest of days we had to go to the reception area to check mail and messages.
Mirror in the bathroom was all eaten up by termites I guess and that's OK, but shavings were there from the beginning of time and cleaning stuff didn't bother to clean them.
Stuff is nice and friendly, food is OK and was excellent in a small restaurant called "Colibri" which we used for dinners as it was included in upgraded package.

I don’t really write reviews, however I’ve traveled at least 10 different countries with all inclusive and I was not promised that. Two water bottles were provided every other day (the couple romantic room). There was a lot of bugs in our room. There was a rat in the pool area by the bar tender. The hotel stayed we would get wifi and according to the staff they were having problems with the wifi. The food was not edible and would not recommend anyone touching the food. The alcohol drink were cheap alcohol. The picture did not match how they really were in real life.

This has been the most disappointed I’ve ever been in a hotel. They charge for all inclusive but there isn’t much to enjoy let alone do. They do not provide bottled water not even for an extra charge. The whole place is very dirty! There were cockroaches in the room. There was also a rat in the bar/kitchen area and they acted like it was ok and took their time to remove it. They have no customer service and at times come off rude. You really have to figure it out on your own. The food is terrible and no variety. There is also no variety in drinks. Theres so much more to why it was a terrible experience but overall I do not recommend anyone stay there not even to try and save a few bucks because you will end up paying more trying to leave ! I wish i was lying about all of this but you will definitely be better off at other resorts/hotels.

Not like anything listed in the description. Only one place to eat and the same food. The staff was friendly but not at all Intensive with guest. I would not stay again or recommend anyone to stay.
