There was no working ice machine, no soap whatsoever in the rooms not even hand soap, bugs in the room, spiders, and wood bugs. The tv didn’t work. No mattress covers, stained sheets and uncomfortable old beds. I understand that this is not an expensive motel but a lot is being overlooked here.

Hi Alexis, Sorry to hear this. At no time did you bring any of these issues to management. We are under major renovations as you could see. I explain that we had no water to this building temporarily. Our property is service once a month for all spiders, etc. I have personally been on this property for 8 months and have not seen nor have a guest say we had any types of bugs at all. Should you have brought this to the management we would have been more than happy to correct all your issues. As you stated we are not an expensive motel. But we pride ourselves on being clean. Once property completes the renovations, we will no longer be a expensive motel. I personally check the tv in your room had you follow the instructions for the tv it would have worked for you. Sorry to hear all of this.

While its not the most modern, for the price I slept great and it was just what we needed for an quick overnight stay where we didn't need to hang around in the room.

Where do I start as I was sitting outside my room listening to music about 5 pm when this old drunk looking lady approached me and ruly and nasty to turn off my music . I said who r u and she said she was the new owner. She stated that she and all the other tenants didn’t want to listen to that kind of music and she kept saying that kind of music meaning black music.i could tell she was prejudice just by her tone in the way, she act toward me that she told me if I didn’t like it I could get out and she will give me a refund. There’s only two cars in the parking lot. . Place is nasty and she was nasty and I’ll never go back.

Thank you Mr Brantley for the review. This will allow us to clear up some misconception. First of all, let's start with the truth.... When I approached you the boom box that you had sitting outside in 30-degree temps was right in front of an elderly guest door that had just arrived by cab. I believe the words were could you turn that off as I was speaking, and you could not hear me. Unfortunately, she was here visiting on some very sad news. Second, of all when I ask had you stayed with us before your response was years ago. When in fact our records show you were just here last month. I explain that things have dramatically changed as we were under a new owner with new rules. As I ask you that you could listen in your room in your room. I was not drunk or rude at all Music I did not realize was based on black or white music. I don't know what your type of music means either so, I gave you the option of listening inside of your room or you may leave with a refund. As the guest next door along with the other 11 guest in house was not pleased as you could hear at the front office. Please also, understand our property is set up with audio and video all over the property. Our priority here is guest satisfaction. We are happy to greet all of our guest the same. Our rooms are very clean, some outdated. We will be going thru a total renovation this year with spring completion. Mr. Brantley, please in the future always be honest on your reviews as most properties has the information to back up the facts.
