Wonderful hotel, professional staffs, very considerate to their guests, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, within walking distance from the old town, the cable car and the mall. I would stay here again

I got a king size room and my bed was definitely queen or smaller. Also the room was really hot and couldn’t turn the temperature down
