Not a standard Toyoko Inn as I think it was a different renovated under the Toyoko Inn brand.
It has all the usual amenities for the chain though plus some neat extras (all-day coffee service, Hokkaido milk with breakfast, etc...)
Very easy access from Sapporo Station. Turn right at the exit near the Starbucks and just walk straight for about 5 minutes.

Staff service was satisfactory as always. But, I was told that the availability of my room was 4 pm due the booking was via the Expedia. Perhaps, Expedia should review this arrangement with the hotel.
