Well-maintained property. It is near Hosui-susukino station. Quiet at night. Room is clean and a bit small but it's good for one people. Staff can speak good English.

The hostel is kept very nice and tidy. All the employees are very helpful and speak English very well for those who are not as fluent in Japanese. The options of having private rooms is very nice to have and also for peace of mind.

Wonderful Hostel! Convenient location
Posted 19 Feb 2024 on HotelsA very clean hostel and the location is convenient to Susukino and Odori Park. Not far from the subway station. Staff was very friendly upon check-in and throughout the stay. Staff spoke English so that did help expedite the check-in process. The only negative is that the rooms are a bit small though with very little space for any luggage/belongings. Would stay again when in Sapporo!

The staff were helpful and friendly and the whole hotel was extremely clean and well-kept.

Great short distance to susukino station. Staff were super friendly and helped me with luggage forwarding.

Lengthy Check-In Process
Posted 24 Jun 2023 on HotelsI recently had an excellent stay at a remarkable accommodation, although there was one significant downside: the lengthy check-in process.
The property itself was fantastic, with friendly staff providing good service. The location was ok too, and the facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. .
While the staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay, the check-in process required signing numerous pages of terms and conditions. Although I understand the need for legalities, the extensive paperwork was time-consuming and inconvenient, particularly after a long journey.
