The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was kind and efficient , and the food was excellent, and it was centrally located for all the things we wished to do.

Everything was within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was good especially for the early risers as most places didn’t open until 9 at the earliest.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient spot in Sapporo.
The staff were fantastic - my partner was sick and the receptionist literally spent 50 minutes on the phone to find us a same-day appointment with an English-speaking doctor.

The room is spacious. Staffs are very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet is good.

Safe has a problem which cannot be opened occasionally. We needed to call staff to override to open it. Please check and maintain regularly. Nonetheless, the overall quality of the experience in this hotel is good.
