北口には何度か宿泊しましたが、ススキの中央は初めてでした お部屋も1人でしたがＷベッドで広く 快適でした　朝食も満足、大浴場は少しぬるめの風呂でしたが、広く綺麗、でした　スタッフさんも皆さん感じ良いです　夏祭りで、前日の申し込みでしたが、お値段以上でした！ 又ぜひルートインに泊まります

2泊させていただきました。フロントスタッフの対応もとてもよく、ホテル内の清掃も行き届いており、快適に過ごすことができました。 お部屋の遮光カーテンとベッドの寝心地がよくて、寝過ぎて1日目の朝食を食べ損ねたことが悔やまれますが、大浴場を夜中と早朝に利用できたのは有り難かったです。 お部屋の冷蔵庫が、ほとんど冷えなかったことと、エアコンの温度を下げても暑く感じたのは、なぜだかわかりませんでしたが、また機会があればぜひお世話になりたいと思います。
