Nice spacious rooms with very comfortable beds in a quiet area.
The rooms have a kettle and a microwave.
They have washing machines there that cost 300 yen and dryers that cost 100 yen. Although one spin doesnt completely dry your clothes.

Very good price and location. One 24 hours small supermarket nearby the hotel. At least 10 mins walk to Susukino station and 15-20 mins walk to Odori Station and 30 mins walk to Sapporo JR station. But overall is good as room price is reasonable and affordable.

I've fallen victim to a few (relatively) inexpensive hotels with reviews and photos that don't accurately display the property's low standards. This hotel is not one of those. All of the staff members I've interacted with have been cordial and willing to help and the many rooms I've stayed in have been clean and not misrepresented in size or condition. There are blemishes here and there but from my experience none are worth avoiding booking here again.

チェックイン数時間前でも荷物預かって貰えました！
但し荷物は自分で運んで下さいみたいな感じです。
当たり前と言えば当たり前ですね。
チェックイン後にシャワー浴びました。
浴室は非常に綺麗でしたけどゴミが詰まってたらしく栓しなくてもお湯が貯まる感じでした。
2泊したんですけど２日目も一緒でした。
浴室のドアのタオル掛けも最初から壊れていたみたいで機能してませんでした。
これも確認してないらしくて2泊目も一緒でした。
２日目に外出する時「起こさないでください」プレート掛けていたにも関わらず部屋が綺麗に清掃してありました。
起こさないでプレート見てます？
勝手に入って清掃しちゃうのはどうかと思いますよ。
最終日にチェックアウトしたんですけど自動チェックインアウトの機械あ ってカードは返納出来たんですがカーバーを返すカゴみたいの無くて、スタッフも居ないし困りました。
朝食もその時貰おうと思ったのですけど誰も居ないし、呼んでも誰も来ないのはちょっと残念でした。

チェックインした後も掃除する音やしゃべり声など様々で、ゆっくりできませんでした。
ベッド淵は埃が溜まってて気分が良くないです。

個室に満足
以前岡山県でリブマックス利用しましたが、その時は朝食があり、とても良かった記憶がありましたが、どうもすすきのは、朝食自体の提供はしていませんでした。残念！しかしながら、個室は空調も個別で外出時も運転可能なので、ちょっと出かける時とかは、運転のまま出かけられるので、面倒なく良かったです。立地は、ちょいはずれですかね。まぁ総合的に平均です。

近くにセイコーマートとファミマがあり、便利。すすきの駅から10分弱歩くけど、静かな環境に立地しています。廊下にコインランドリーの匂いが漂っているので、改善は必要。
