The owner of this property provided so many amenities! The apartment and everything in it was nice. The owner was very easy to reach when needed

New and super clean. Convenient with the amenities you need and the kitchenette sensible setup. Owner gave meticulous gland useful written guide on the stay, but i doubt if many guests would really read it. Value for money. About 10 mins ride from downtown. If you dont drive it could be a bit inconvenient. Interestingly the airconditioning heater is not super hot and stuffy like most other hotels in Hokkaido. I find it better than those super warm rooms. One interesting thing is that the room is not dry, maybe becos they have setup to allow fresh air in and the Hokkaido winter air is quite humid. So i didnt dry up like a preserved plum. The only down side is your laundry did not dry up in 2 hours in the room.

It was a nice apartment very close to the metro station yet in a quiet area. Convenience store nearby. Good sized room for 5 of us. Highly recommended

Person in charge, Carina is very responsive to queries raised by me. Apartment is located in a quiet residential area but it is near to subway station. Apartment is compact and clean with all basic facilities. Recommended for short stay.

This was a GREAT experience. Huge room, one of the cleanest I have ever seen. Washlet, big fridge, oven toaster, micro-wave, dishes, silverware, everything you need during your stay. The contact person was also friendly and very quick to answer any of our questions through expedia chat. The only negative is the whole process of sending out personal information and an ID card photo *twice*, one before going there, and once again when checking in with the little ipad that was in the room. You then need to take a picture of your face and the face of any accompanying person with the ipad and send it to whoever. I'm still not convinced this is necessary, but anyway. I'm still giving this a perfect score. If you are not as paranoid as I am with sending personal information, go for it. This was such a nice apartment to stay in while in Sapporo. Will probably go again if it's the same ridiculously low price as it was this time. Perfect score!

Thank you for your feedback! As for the tablet check-in system is the requirement from Japanese government. I need to check the passports and each guests picture as there is no staff in the hostel and I don't see guests face to face. Sorry for the trouble. Anyway, I'm glad to see your feedback.
