It was very clean and properly managed. The staff was welcoming and can speak English and Korean well.

Great price and location. Building is connected to the station underground which can get you to the airport. Staff were great. Never complained. Elevator odd.

Very nice hostel. New and clean. Will definitely book this one again. Had problems with the QR code locker at the start but every good experience.

A very well run hotel with amazing and courteous staff. The location is great as it's next to subway stations and convenience stores. The bed pillows are a little too firm for my liking, but the bed size was perfect for me.

Decent location and cleanliness. Good stay

Good place if you are expecting a capsule hotel. Prefer hostel atmosphere but a capsule is there to be efficient and this place is very efficient! I stayed there a few nights across two different stays and I have to say they keep it spotless and have a very regular cleaning schedule. The lockers here are what drew me compared to others as there is a fair amount of space. Or you can lock up your bag or keep downstairs. One thing to note is that you must vacate between 11:00-15:00 but that isn't an issue because it seems you get vouchers for the sister capsule hotel a few minutes down the underwalkway. Which is pretty good. Oh and one more thing if you have alot of luggage and are on foot, then come out of the underwalkway at exit 19. It is the closest elevator to the City Cabin. If you want to go to the bus station. Just walk across the road to the subway entrance next to BIC Camera.

Friendly staff, easy checkin, you get a little QR code sheet instead of a key or card. Lots of individual big lockers, big bathroom area with sinks, unrinals and private toilets. The bed capsules were soacious, not the most comfortable - thin Japanese style mattress and uncomfortable pillow. But good for a one night stay overall

great location.There is no onsen at the facility, but you will get a voucher to use onsen and food voucher for another facillity 15 mins walk away. Accessible by underground tunnel during witner.
