Since we plan to arrive late, so we arranged after hour self check in, and staff was very helpful and responsive and send us all we need over email

Posted 30 Sep 2019 on HotelsI only stayed for one night as I was flying out early in the morning and no public transport would have been able to get me to the airport in time. Check in process was quick and easy, plus at the front desk I was able to book a taxi to get me to the airport which cost only 1600yen.

Be extra careful with your taxi request.
Posted 29 Jul 2019 on HotelsEverything was good except that the reception staff fail to get me a taxi which I requested the night before the trip. It could be because of the communication breakdown. I requested the reception staff to get me a taxi at 6.45am the next morning but was shocked when I saw a notice pasted on the reception counter the next morning that they couldn't get me a taxi and was asked to get one by myself. I couldn't do anything as the reception only open at 9.00am. Luckily I managed to hail one on my way to the bus-stop. My flight was at 9.25am.
