Very attentive staff. They provide late check out for a fee. Nice restaurant. Good breakfast buffet.

I loved the location, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was awesome. The only downer was the room needs a refresh especially the washroom and shower. Renovation required and shower cleanliness.

Clean and spacious room with large desk and balcony. There is 24h security guard, buffet breakfast includes hot items and has terrace where you can sit down to eat. Walkable to São Paulo shopping mall and stores. Staffs are very nice and friendly.

I didn’t get my room cleaned when I stayed there and I couldn’t found some bottles that I bought before

Convenient and well located. Beds are comfortable and the room is decent. Bathroom need some updates.
