The rooms need a remodel. The beds are way too hard and firm. Provide better bedside tables. Provide Better soap and shower washing supplies. Upgrade the internet speed. Way too slow.

It's a good affordable option to stay within a few minute walk from Paulista. Check-in was smooth, I arrived to Sao Paulo early in the morning and I was able to store my bags with the reception desk until my room was ready at 2pm. Lobby area is pretty small, with minimal air conditioning which was a surprise. The gym is very small, jacuzzi tub was not operational, not sure about the sauna. The photos of rooms and facilities on booking sites were a bit misleading in respect to sizes of the rooms, amenities, and lobby. Overall a decent option to stay in a convenient location.

Everything was old even the make up mirror, the floors, the towels, the hall carpet :(

The Royal Jardins is located in an excellent area in São Paulo. The hotel function s more like an aparthotel. The common areas are fine, including the restaurant. Breakfast was nice, although a bit repetitive. The room was a disappointment: the toilet didn’t function appropriately. The linens and towels looked worn out and feel overused. The have to do a facelift!

The staff were pleasant, location was excellent, and the quality of the room was commensurate with the price. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I also appreciate that they facilitated an early check-in. Cons: I don't know if I needed to request it, but housekeeping did not come to my room during my short visit. Also, I could hear conversations and doors closing in the hallway. It would have been annoying if I spent a lot of time in my room. Overall, positive experience and I would book again.
