Excellent breakfast buffet. Very friendly service. Rooms well kept. Nice fitness center. Great overall value. Would stay here again. Elevator was slow.

Superior Apt-Hotel, Comfy & Clean! Awesome for $$

As a Canadian Married to a Brazillian i have unique ability judge hotel using both Cultures, what is Acceptable & what is not in minds of both Brazilian & Canadian people. I as most Canadians would give Adagio 3 Star rating while wife & most Brazilians will give a 4 Star based upon our Culture views. Also by me giving it a 3 star rating is NOT A BAD NOR NEGATIVE, It is actually Quite Positive. Have stayed in many hotels All over Brasil & Never have given 3 Star Rating to even a So Called 4 star hotel. Adagio is Very Comperable to Any 3 Star Holiday Inn in N.America. May i Add that a 3 Star & 4 Star Like a Westin are Completely Different. Adagio is in this case, here in Brasil a Very Nice Hotel and Deserving a 3.5 Star! Only Negatives for me as a Canadian is tight layout (but very normal to Brasil & S.America) properties here are Rectangular and tight NOT Square like we from N.America are accustomed. Also the wifi Did not work well after 5pm, due to Most Residents being Home using internet. Service was Excellent no matter where you come from, Especially EXCELLENT for Brasil! Front Desk took pride in speaking English to me and Portuguese to Wife, Doing All they Could to make week long stay pleasant. Neighborhood-Excellent & Security-Excellent, Breakfast-Excellent, Cleanliness-Excellent within Entire Apt to include Comfortable Beds & Spotless Bathrooms with Nice amenities. Nice balcony and view! Awesome Experience Especially for the Money, Absolutely Will Stay Again!

Very clean apart-hotel. Separate seating area. Everything clean and new. Good breakfast.

Unclean room. Aircon only in one of the bedrooms. Not enough seats for 3 to watch TV. No guests allowed in the premisses. Bathroom stunk the whole room. Total disaster!

Great deal

It was a nice stay, in a very convenient place. The location was fine, not so far (by car) from Morumbi and Ibirapuera. It was certainly a great deal for the price we payed.
