Good place to stay, close to the mall and to the interlagos track

The property is across the street to a large shopping mall. The beds were horrible. It was 2 boxsprings with a pillow top placed on top. The pillow top kept sliding off to one side of the bed. When they came in to "clean the room" on two of the three occasions they didn't change our sheets and only put clean towels and toilet paper in the bathroom without cleaning it. Maintenance had to be called to request the tv be unscrewed from the wall so we could connect an HDMI cable to watch movies becauae they had limited channels available. The breakfast was only available to those who paid extra money at booking and the food was cold everyday.

it was the third time i stayed at the hotel; but this time when i got there they told me i didn´t have a reservation; it was like 20min until they found it. except for this issue it was very okay.

Good stay at Ibis

Good hotel specially for bussiness trip. Comfortable and clean. Good rules for Covid 19, with safe breakfast and on time (food options / time chosen the day beforel)!

A jewel in the city!

The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly! The breakfast is amazing as well! I have been staying in this same hotel for 10 years now and they just get better! The rooms are clean and updates! The mall is right in front of it and you have everything you need within walking distance.
