It is noticeable without proper maintenance. I used to stay in the same hotel few years ago but seems they could not keep up. Pillows and bed sheets are used for too long. Same with the towels. This is a hotel that requires a big upgrade in all areas. From the outlets to room service.

Havia me hospedado no The Premium anos atrás, continua muito bem mantido. Muito bem localizado, acredito ser a melhor opção em Osasco.

Overall GREAT, only one disappointing issue!!

Location is good, rooms are big, spacious, clean and AWESOME shower if you like lots of pressure like you are getting a massage done. My only issue was when i tried to take a couple of fruits and snacks from breakfasts that i paid FOR 2 PEOPLE up to the bedroom because my partner was not feeling well to get out of the bedroom and I was called out and not authorized to take anything to the room 'DUE TO COVID' ?!!!? Hmmm but if i paid an extra $21 reais i could? Makes absolutely no sense... so for 2 days my partner could not have the breakfasts we paid for.... disappointing.
