The hotel is centrally located in downtown Sao Paulo. There are many dining options. Rooms need to be updated. During our stay we had to go down to the reception to have the electronic key reprogrammed as they constantly stopped working which was an inconvenient. AC in the room was great. They offer breakfast buffet and restaurant is open for lunch and dinner as well. I suggest placing cards on the dishes to know what you are selecting from the buffet.

Bathrooms needs work to repair faucet due to water leak and mold around bathtub.

The hotel is centrally located in the Sao Paulo historic area. Several restaurants close by. I noticed water leaks in some areas. The faucets are hard to close completely. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet had good options.

Great stay!! Coming from United States, I thought this hotel offered a great deal. Room was clean, hotel was quiet and complimentary breakfast was amazing!! Definitely highly recommended!!! You can actually walk to anywhere from here but Uber was very cheap too.

Breakfast is good but almost every room in the hotel is under construction. Had to change room but that did not change my experience still. I think expedia should not advertise hotels until they verify that certain standards are met. Otherwise, it may be false advertisement that is deceptive.

I have stayed in this property several times. Unfortunately this time I had several issues. When checking in we had an issue with people who skipped the line and were helped before us. After check in, I had to return back to the lobby at least six times as the door lock was defective. The manager had to replace the batteries on the lock two times during my 4 day stay. The hallway flooring seems to have been flooded. There was mold on the hallway ceiling. There were no hangers on the closet. The on duty manager offered to change the room to a different floor. Unfortunately I had already unpacked my suitcase. The TV remote control worked half of the times. The breakfast buffet is great. Hotel staff was very helpful when I brought up the issues we were having to their attention.
