Service excellent. The only complaint is that the pool was being refurbished and we didnt know beforehand

I am from the US and speak only English. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, and there was always someone at the front desk who spoke English.

I am from the US, visiting Brazil for the first time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

From arrival to departure the staff was supportive and friendly. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms have quality finnishes and comfortable size. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Problem is the price, this time it was too expensive😢, price of a regular five star hotel
