Facility needs an international staff. Noone spoke English and my Português is not so good. If I had not had a Brazilian friend with me to help with check in, communication would have been nearly impossible.

A friend who provided his email and cpf during the incheck, received a "Electronic Service Invoice" of a certain amount in Reals on his email from CHARLIE TECHNOLOGIA E ACOMODACOES LTDA. We where never informed of this in the booking or while checked in.

Location and check in is great. But, internet not support IPTV, no TV channel is not accepted,pressure water at hygienic shower toilet is terrible. Need a lot of improvement to have me again as a client

Must be review before rental. Leave the WIFI access in the room and lights…the high stand light was not working, Kitchen OK but poor casseroles .other than that it was OK.

Bad WIFI

The property is good. The management is very difficult to communicate with. They will only communicate via Whatsapp. The WIFI stopped working, after five days of not getting WIFI fixed I checked out early. I notified Charlie via Whatsapp, and I notified Hotels dot com. While I was able to communicate with Charlie, Hotels dot com says they could not reach Charlie, so they would not be able to refund the five days of my stay. I am very disappointed with all parties involved.
