Service for check in and check out is not good

We arrived with 4 luggages of a 30 day trip around Brazil and no one offer help to manage the luggage bags from the taxi to our room and vice and versa. We had to do it all. Get the cart, load the luggages, bring to our room and unload the luggages and the same process to get put of the hotel. The guy that was working with the lady in the front we we arrive continue to do nothing while we did all of that. That was January 10th at 10:00 pm. Service is very unreliable.

It’s a good place. However no one help you carry your bags to the room. Room service it’s ok. Friendly staff

Certainly not a 4 star hotel more of a 2 star.

Poor condition of hotel, room was clean but not upto proper stablndards, cramped. Overall seems dingy and rundown and would certainly avoid. Quite a few things were broken, the tap was also constantly leaking stightly, walls are really thin. The hotel certainly doesnt in anyway meet the 4 star hotel standard, seems more of 2 star hotel. I stayed in a couple of other 4 star hotels in Brazil, there is a stark difference. Positives: breakfast seemed pretty good, very close walk from most offices

Quanto a sua observação sobre o quarto, permita-nos informar que o Gerente da Manutenção está atuando gradativamente em serviços de conservação nos apartamentos que ainda não passaram pelo processo de retrofit, para oferecer um conforto ainda melhor aos nossos hóspedes. Possuímos já apartamentos reformados, são eles Studio, Suíte e Suíte Premium, em uma próxima oportunidade se puder reserve em uma destas categorias. Até breve!

Room was a bit old, painting coming out of walls, shower took forever to warm up. Breakfast was terrible.
