Rooms outdated. Pluming problems. Old sheets. Remote control problems. Nobody speak Spanish or English. Service was good in cafeteria. Pictures lied. On the web shows a 4-start hotel, it needs a correction. Not even a 1 start hotel. Pricy considering the hotel

Great place to stay when traveling by bus as it is close to the bus station. The staff is extremely helpful in any way imaginable. Breakfast was excellent. Shower a little cold, but O.K. Total comfort otherwise.
